In November, I signed up for the Tim and Julie Harris REO Certification. I discovered that my Company Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate offered a MUCH better program. My back office does not allow me to cancel the subscription. It took a moment, to get my request delivered. I called the number on the website, and I got their voice mail. On december 21st, I sent an email to the company requesting they cancel my subscription. I also request that my credit card company not process the upcoming payment.
Today, I notice that the account has not been cancled and they processed a payment for $97. I sent a second email (see below). I received the following reply from Sarah Broadhurst with tim and julie harris. com.:
This company promise satisfaction gurantee. I 'am not satisfied, and I want my refund!!!
