I received an email yesterday offering to pay $80 dollars more than requested for a Android phone, the extra $80 was to cover shipping. The person Tim Howard stated he wanted to buy the phone for his son who was doing construction in West Africa. He requested I invoice him through pay pal, then he requested I send him the tracking number directly.
After researching the internet for scams with this person's name and address I was luckily able to locate the 2 links on this website, I did as the previous person on report #467524 did and emailed him the link, asking why his son had a Nigerian name if he was from another country. I then declined to ship the equipment and also have not received a response after being confronted. The "Tim Howard" was also advised to call the first day of being contacted, he never did that either. I see that on report # 290015 on this website there is a rebuttal, but that looks as though it was done by someone in Nigeria also.
There will be no rebuttal to my post, this guy is a scam and I hope others have the opportunity to see the repeat pattern and avoid being ripped off! Thank you Rip Off Report for making this site available!

After emailing the Scammer with the link to the previous scam reports he never emailed me back as well....Again THANK YOU Rip-off Report I would have never had the idea to confront him like this had it not been for a previous consumer!
