Timberland pure scammers! My job takes me all over Central America and South America and many times I need to be way in to the bush 10-20 miles is not unusual and being able to walk(or run) can keep me alive! Recently while I was working in Nicaragua, again I was about 10 miles in the bush when the sole of my Timberland shoe came off! I was forced to walk out with only 1 shoe. I had over 50 Cactus needles etc. in my rite foot along now with an infection and have not been able to walk for about 5 days! I contacted Timberland via e-mail and web site with many photos and they refused to respond,then finely Emily R.Timberland Consumer Service [email protected] got back to me with a form and I filled it out again with photos. But again no response! Finely days later a idiot Sarah [email protected] with the same form! They dont want to fix this they just make a consumer fill out the same form over and over again! I wanted to be nice over this,replace the shoes and $200-$300 for my meds and loss of work (5 days of no walking)my day rate is $450 per day! But now they have forced me to file a court action!!!

The Author of this Ripoff Report is Douglas Keith Smith; owner of Willspy. He was Deported from Costa Rica for Fraud. He was an Illegal Alien in Costa Rica for over eight years. He was Deported from Costa Rica December 11, 2013. Since that time he has been hiding in Nicaragua. He still claims to live and work in Costa Rica in his multiple fraudulent websites. Doug Smith is attempting to Defraud and Defame Timberland, in pursuit of one of the many Fraudulent activities Doug Smith is involved in. Beware. He has been reported to the FBI by multiple victims in the past; but he is safe from Prosecution in Nicaragua.

This attempt to smear Timberland was written by a Con Man who was Deported from Costa Rica for Fraud. He will commit any crime for money.
