It's not been 14 days since I bought a pair of Timberland Boots from timboots.co.uk and all I have had so far is an email telling me how their system is not working correctly and that they are manually sending the tracking numbers.
I asked after 11 days if I was to get a confirmation, a tracking number, anything. I got a reply as above.
Today I emailed and said I wanted a refund and that they can keep the boots as it's taken so long, I really don't want them now.
I get an email back from google mail telling me that the email address no longer exists.
Well and truly ripped off. If they ever come back online, stay well clear. I've lost 60, but hopefully this can save others losing any sort of money.

i am experiencing exactly the same problem at the moment with timboots.
they have taken my money and i have how been waiting 4 weeks for a tracking number or my delivery but i'm getting very little email response from them. when they do respond it's just the same old rubbish about their order system going down. sometimes i also get a mail delivery report saying the email can't be sent.
i have asked for my money back but still had no reply.
never ever use this company.
P.s dale did you manage to find someone to help take this matter further with help and advice i,e watchdog, etc, etc ?????????????
