These accusations are totally unfounded and are a result of a past disgruntled employee( either G. G or J. H...we know who you are). The author seems to be from Ft. Lauderdale Fl. We do not even do business in Florida. I challenge the true author to provide proof that these accusations are true. The name changes are a result of improper name searches done prior to the formation of the company. There are no lawsuits against the owners or the company. This is a blatant lie. One of the owners of the company is actually a licensed fire fighter/paramedic who has put in countless years of dedicated service in the state of New York.
When trying to incorporate a business in a particular state, unfortunately, records of existing company names can not be verified nationwide. We are not under investigation by the Florida Attorney General, in fact we have worked diligently with state authorities to stop improper business practices by so-called "loan modification" companies. In fact, a family member works for a non-profit organization led by a team of attorneys to aid consumers who are having trouble keeping their homes. In regards to "debt settlement" we have been very successful in our practices and can supply countless testimonials from customers who have had great and successful experiences.
It's truly a shame that when things don't work out with employees they feel it necessary to slander your name and reputation. We have worked countless hours helping people and we will continue to do so. In closing I challenge this imposter to provide proof, lets not deceive the public.
