TIME PAYMENT CORP EBA FINANCIALLEASE PAYMENT EBA FINANCIAL TOLD ME THAT STUDENT CREDIT SCORE IS NOT NEEDED BUT AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE ALL MY STUDENTS APPLICATION WERE DENIED CODE 2 AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS TOLD THE STUDENTS DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT ON FILE Burington Massachusetts
I was given a Merchant # 5pc01. this service sold to me as scam with the believe I was going to help my student to secure a loan that will help them to pay the tuition and with a repayment of 6 months to one year to pay back in 3, 6,9,12 months payment plan. but this was not the case instead i was told this unemployed students would be paying their loan while in school which was the same thing as having a payment plan with the school. When I decided to cancel the contract I was told it is not cancelable which was fraud. Now they are treating me and family with collection and negative credit report. I will never put any of my student through this type of scam. I have sent them a letter of cease and desist communication
