Timeline Logistcs Emilio Castillo; US Couriers Fraud, NO Payment for Hardwork, refused to pay manditory overtime Houston, Texas
This company is a fraud and they treat their employees horribly.
I personally worked for them over 30 days and earned over 3000 dollars; however, I was never paid. I attempted to collect through the Texas Workforce Labor department; however, Emilio and this company continue to refuse payment.
Additionally, I know a nother person who worked for them for over a year. He was the branch lead. They refused competative pay. He worked 45 hours in the office and was on call for 24-7, alone. His only compensation was a paycheck for 40 hours straight (they refused to pay the 5 hours of overtime that was worked every day). During the on call periods, he was often on the road for hours exceeding the DOT limits of safety.
He was continually promised a fuel card to cover his fuel as he was not an IC, but the card was never sent. He was also expected to cover truck rentals on his own money as the purchase card provided by the company rarely was kept with funds. Emilio told him to fill out expense reports and he would get reembersed. However, after two reports were sent and no reembersment followed, he figured that they were shady about that too.
Now almost 4 weeks after being let go, he is still waiting for last two paychecks. Everytime he calls they give him the run around. No actual reasons.
