Time share hot list is a scam designed to get peoples money and not to give them any service. If timeshare reselling was legit they would work on a commission like legitimate real estate resellers do.

The resale of a timeshare is a legitimate business. Companies agree to advertise a timeshare for a fee on their websites. As with advertising, the membership doesnt need to sell in order the fees to be legitimate. The difference between an honest timeshare resale company and a scam, is when the company falsely suggest they have a buyer waiting for their timeshare, or picture unrealistic, overoptimistic selling possibilities. There's a company called Mexican Timeshare Solutions that can give you a free consultation on your matter, this is their website:

Mark Dabold is a scammer sociopath, pathological liar. He is a disbarred attorney in the state of Florida for fraud, deceit and dishonesty. This is just another way to get people to part with their money for no intended services...

You must work for Timeshare hotlist, they troll these sites to post positive things about themselves.

ive owned 2 timeshares, 1 westgate and 1 hilton, and i was falling on hard times so i needed to sell them. i was contacted by timeshare hot list and was told i can rent my weeks and points and turn my liability into an asset. i decided to go ahead and sign up. i paid 2500 to register my properties for rentals and sale.
well after one month of signing up i got a call with 2 offers from them for my rental week, 2 1bedroom rentals for 1600$ each, which i accepted. everything went smoothly. after about 2 months i recieved an offer on my hilton points for 28000$ which i accepted. i recieved my check for that 2 weeks later. decided to keep the westgate and keep renting it.
im truly happy with timeshare hot list and the service they provided for me and my family. i really believe that they're compition out there are the ones who are scaming owners and reporting them on these blogs and complaint sites! they did the job i hired them to do and i cant wait to get another offer on my westgate weeks!
