Timeshare Investors of America Scam on Senior Citizen Houston, Texas
As a Widow & receiving a timeshare (inheritance), I jumped at the opportunity for a Sale.
Yea, no more maintenance dues!!!
Yes, I sent the first check in the amount of $2100. After all, I had a contract in hand. I would be reimbursed at closing.
Then I got a call from William Blair asking for an additional $4738. On April 12, the check cleared my account, after all, I would be reimbursed at closing which would take place in about 30 to 45 days.
Yea, no more maintenance dues!!!
It is now more than 72 days & they will not return my phone calls!!!
