Timothy Hostetler Goes to websites and buys products and then tries to get Out Of Stock product for free!

Watch everyone that owns a website and selling products. This guy literally goes to your hard-worked site and purchased the wrong product on purpose. He first complains about Free Shipping which says it can take up to 2 months in these COVID-19 times. Once the Paypal disputed and lost he then emails a nasty email saying he wants his f**king money back because it was the wrong product.
We record customers that come to our site. He did not even look in the description or drop down the selection tool to see if there were any other products available. If he would have seen that the main product was Out Of Stock.
This guy did not read our terms and shipping terms at all not one click to Processing and Shipping page. We usually give a customer a partial refund or full refund but this guy went too far. Once the product is shipped we paid for that product shipping for free which is not cheap now these days.
Just be careful there is a scam going on as they try to play stupid like they didn't make a mistake. On our Thank You page it shows you via image etc... what the product looks like and he saw it. He knew what he was buying.
We have a recording and snapshot an image together as well. He will then vindictively give you a 1-star on your Google Business slandering your companies name even though he is a scam artist.

He will slander your company and give bad reviews and try to steal the products. I linked his Google Profile so you can report him if enough people do I am sure his account will be banned for trolling and make illegal slandering accusations.
