I bought a pair ogf earring from Company, around August 08. i paid company via paypal, after three weeks of not receiving goods. i tried to reach customer srevice, didnt get a response. i wrote letters still no response.

After a few weeks i reported them to paypal who did their own investigation, after two weeks paypal closed my case that the company didnt respond to their letters. then i reported to Alibaba as that was how i found them. Alibaba got a respond from them and they promised that i would receive the goods the following week

Two months later still there was no good...I then sent them another letter, still no response. i finally got through to a lady two weeks ago who gave her name as penny. She first of all denied that they were Tina jewelry as the name has now changed to Neiman! They are still using the exact website and numbers as Tina. when she realized that i had caught them, she promised to investigate the matter and get back to me the same day or the next day.

It has been over two weeks now. I sent them another letter last week asking them to settle the matter amicably otherwise would report them to the FBI and ripoff, sitll no response, hence my report.

WHY DON'T YOU CALL NEIMAN MARCUS CORPORATE AND TELL THEM ABOUT THE "NEIMAN'S JEWELRY"

I think that the Nieman Marcus Corporate counsel would be extremely interesting to know that some scam shop was attempting to impersonate them and scam people by pretending to be their store. In fact, I could contact their SECURITY DIRECTOR and tell them about what happened to you and be sure to mention that it is easy to confuse their name for the Neiman Marcus name and you think they are claiming that they are part of the Neiman Marcus merchandising group. THAT SHOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND PUT THE SCAMMSTERS OUT OF BUSINESS. And this brings up another point. RIP OFFS LIKE THIS ONE ARE WHY I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH INTERNET MERCHANTS. I WANT TO SEE WHAT I BUY, PAY FOR IT IN CASH AT A LOCAL MERCHANT AND LEAVE KNOWING THAT I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. IT IS TOO EASY TO GET RIPPED OFF OTHERWISE. IF YOU CAN'T PAY CASH, YOU REALLY CAN'T AFFORD IT.
