I tried posting this yesterday but for some reason it did not go through. I have proof that Tina / Towana Viramontes or whatever she goes by today or yesterday is and does infact knowingly use fraudulant checks, under others names to pay for products & services throughout the area.
TCF BANK closed "HER ACCOUNT" shown under the name Frankie Smith. I also KNOW that she lives approximately 2 blocks from the ALGONQUIN POLICE DEPARTMENT in a very REGAL, house. (where the houses are valued at over $400,000.00) I have the EXACT address and would post it but believe that may be why yesterdays post did not get approved.
I have the checks to prove this one, duh your address is on the checks. Karma is catching up with you Tina, would love to see you rebuttal this!!!! Feel sorry for the poor saps that allow you to use their names and tarnish them and their credit. DO THEY EVEN KNOW??
BTW Tina has previously said that she wishes people would just take care of their children and get jobs move on with their lives... HONEY, LOOK IN THE MIRROR & practice what you preach - What example are YOU setting for YOUR CHILD???

To the person who has posted this, I am sure you have seen the many posts I have made. I am begging you to go to the Attorney General. You need to speak to Adam in the Chicago office. If you look up "Bond", make sure you click on defendant, on this website: http://198.173.15.34/?section=CASEINFOPage&CASEINFOPage=2400 Also look up "viramontes" on the same site. You will see many lawsuits from the past and now showing how many companies have gone after her for breach of contract. Many of the cases that will come up will be listed under her many different companies. This is proof how bad this women is, she has no concern for anyone but herself. I would also like to point out that one of the cases is her vs. the Dept. of Labor. I have copies of many of the court cases (from the courthouse, $0.25 per page). This case shows how she did not pay people and she now owns $10989.00. There is also a case her vs. US Data Corp. This company sells leads, she got 31,500 leads from them and wrote a check for $12,000.00 from an account she knew had been frozen by the bank, for being so overdrawn. So for any companies buying leads from Tina, you might as well go to US Data Corp. because that is where she gets some of her leads, it might be cheaper for you, and you can deal with a legit company. There are many others, so please look them up. You can also look up "Gerlach", Don Gerlach was her old roommate. This poor guy was stupid enough to let Tina use his name on her companies. Now he is being sued by multiple companies, and also the Dept. of Labor. Other people named in lawsuits w/Tina are: Jeremy Bond (former husband) and Heriberto Viramontes (current husband, but they are separated). Frankie Smith was Tina's old roommate...looks like she is going to get another roommate in trouble! This is proof Tina and her company are bad news. Tina needs to be stopped!!!!!!!!! Check fraud is a felony, if you have proof please come forward...for the sake of her child, if not for the sake of all the people she has scammed and will scam in the future. She can not be allowed to continue. I am willing to do anything to help.
