The person who has written this review about us has since apologized and we later found out that it was a competitor , trying to scare away customer by misleading them . This accusation made against us is false and if you look carefully at the bottom Of the complaint , the actual AUTHOR , writes that it has been forgotten and forgiven .
We are a very successful company and we do occasionally get some jealous competitor that will stop at nothing to write false reviews about us .

Our reviews and our Facebook page with over 2000 families , that now own puppies purchased from us , can testify to great customer service .

As for Cindy , we understand that you had problems with your registrations 4 or 5 years ago , we apologise if our staff had a hard time locating your puppy's registrations ,But it seems like it is an issue that has been resolved and we are happy That you are in Iove with your little pomeranian puppy purchased from us . I bought a Pom from her for $3500 like four years ago. I cn say first hand she's a disgusting person to deal with. She gave me a very hard time on the phone and never returned called after the sale. I figured it out from the paper work. That she was NOT the breeder also. I would call her and ahe would make believe she was a worker like im stupid change her voice when she realized it was me i had to call from different phone nubers then i finally reported her and she resolved the issue i wanted copies of the papers that i had lost and ahe refused to help me but when akc got to her she then helped I am very sad to hear how heartless and selfish she is. I love my Pom to DEATH and I thank God I have her but I will never buy from her again.. I would love to maybe buy from you can have your contact ?

to let everyone know that i have since taken care of the problem i was having with Tiny Teacup World and we have resolved our differences. we have come to an aggreement on these matters.
