Tipple Tree Hotel - Tipple Tree Resort - Tipple Tree Beya ripoff Owner sold resort to individual who defaulted & is still trying to use name, credit card billing and business identity. Hopkins Village, Belize
I am the original builder and owner of Tipple Tree Beya resort in Hopkins Belize, Central America. I sold it to an individual who has since defaulted on the note and is still trying to sue the name, the business identity and credit card billing.
I am currently suing for damages as well as repossessing the property. Please do not do any business with this company before summer 2005 as I do not expect litigation to be resolved until then.
