Tirekingdom - Dishonest Manager - Jorge R. Alvarez Damage My Car, Failed To Pay For It Pembroke Pines Florida
Took my car in to replace the tires back in October 2008; this was the 4th set of tires that I purchase from Tire Kingdom in the last two years. My car was damage by their staff, noted on the invoice (also noted in my copy of the invoice).
After several days of trying to make contact with Jorge R. Alvarez (Store Manager) 954-450-0998, he finally called back. Sent me to their repair shop - Renaissance Advance Auto Body Shop, Inc., Robert Williams 305-687-2959, which again got the blowing me off treatment. I continue to attempt to make contact with Mr. Alvarez, but he tells his staff to tell me that he is busy; one day he sat in his car for over an hour until I left, told his staff to tell me that he was in a conference call with the Regional Manager. The customer service number gives you the same treatment (800-423-5464), never calls back. STAY AWAY, the store and the company in general are dishonest, they promise to fix the problem, but never call back.
