This firm TIS India www.tisindia.com was contracted to complete a project in six weeks. 7 months later after being paid in full they stopped accepting my calls and correspondence. They requested detailed reports and testing which I provided. They still did not fix remaining issues. They have been paid in full for service not completed and refused to provide a refund or to finish the job

Hi, First of all I would like to say TIS India is a very good company, very professional and I am more than satisfied. I could not stop myself from posting this incident. I am from a reputed company and I use getafreelancer.com, TIS India provided me a very good proposal and I started searching, inquiring about them. While searching I found few projects they have in their portfolio, was posted in few companies portfolio, I bring this to Manoj's notice, when he explained to me, I found those companies have posted even TIS India sister companies website in their portfolio. Again I found few complains in this website and it really makes a client concerned. I called up Manoj and he assured me 100% satisfaction. Anyhow I got ready to put whole money in escrow and allow his team to work. To my surprise, I will say this is the best work ever I got from GAF.There onwards I have got 3 porjects done by them. To my surprise the US company who has posted a complain in this site, also has a review left in GAF and that is very encouraging. Thank you TIS India & Manoj. You have done a great Job and I will keep using you.

Devin and TIS India started with the project, he had a new concept and provided a detailed RFQ and the work was completed 90% then he changed his requirement completely and wanted to do in same budget and we refused to follow. He threated to report all of our customers but those working with us didnt listen to him. TIS India is a very professional company and has served the clientele across the globe with 100% satisfaction.
