I sent it back to the company and they said it is food accumulation and it needed to be scrubbed more. They told me they scrubbed one half of the pan for me to show me what needed to be done, and I needed to finish the job, and then it would be as good as new. When I got the pan back, I could see no evidence that half of it was now nonstick, and it still stuck everywhere when cooking in it. I talked to them several times again and followed their instructions to scrub/boil some more. I scrubbed over and over, and no amount of scrubbing/boiling helped.
These pans are not what they are promoted as being and are a rip off!! They should not be sold with such false claims about how long they will last. Even if all instructions are followed, they will not last long without sticking.
Our money should be refunded due to false advertising. We would have never paid this much money for a frying pan that would only last a fraction of the time it was guaranteed to.

I am pleased that the company has decided to send me a new pan. They have resolved the problem to my satisfaction, and I have no more issue with them.
