That is what these "Title Loan" places are just like Payday Loan places. Mr Employee no where in your company's ads does it state the interest rate which is highway robbery - PREDATORY LENDING.
You take advantage of people period with interest rates that far exceed normal loans - who cares if your credit is bad or you are having financial difficulties - everyone is!!!! Charging over 100% interest is a moral crime. But of course you and your company have no morals or you would be out of business.

It's the American way to never blame the consumer. Lets all feel sorry for the poor uneducated sap that pawns the title to his vehicle and enters into a contract that he/she knows they cant afford.
In fact, lets grant them a monthly disability check while we're at it and throw in some food stamps for good measure.
Of course what this customer failed to tell you was that there was no alternative to getting the funds he needed when he turned to Titlemax. He found himself there because he had already burnt every bridge due to being irresponsible with his finances. What if Titlemax was'nt there to loan him the money to pay his big screen TV bill at RentACenter? I shudder to think of the consequences!
Blame his parents for raising an idiot not Titlemax.

Titlemax is the very definition of predatory lending. It's only a matter of time before one of the brainwashed trained monkeys that work for the company come onto this thread and start talking about "no one forces you to borrow the money" and yada yada yada...
To those employees I say look up the definition of predatory lending. It is taking advantage of desperate people in desperate situations.
If I go to an area full of starving people and set up a bread stand and offer food for the starving...but to eat they must sign a contract that I know is putting them and their families into further hardship and I intend to take advantage of them...does that make it ok that I"loaned" the starving person bread?
I don't care how bad your situation is...stay away from TitleMax! It's = to selling your soul to the devil!
