Iam into the middle of my second lease with this company. My new lease started in Nov 07 $880.00 rent and $120.00 parking monthly. After waiting for one year for parking (I was initally told when I signed my original 06 lease the wait time for parking was 2 months due to they had tenants that had parking but decided not to renew their lease. Lies, Lies, Lies). I am handicapped and available parking was a major consideration with signing a lease.

The parking problems began the second week of Dec 07. I would go to the parking lot (an assigned space in the lot (Back) attached to the building) and would be blocked in by the service contractors. Please Note: at 7:30 am the building office is closed, when you call the main # you are told to leave a message, call the tow company listed on the sign in the parking; told you must have the building code?! in order for them to come in and tow a car. To get out of the lot I would have to go back to my building, ask the men in the lobby etc. Is this your car? Do you know who this car, truck belongs to? Sometimes I would get lucky and the parking offender would be located (Note: at this point 20 to thirty minutes have passed and now I running late for work) but on two occasions I located the offender and was told I has to wait !! because he was busy (this was the painter). TLC office respones was they were sorry. The contractors had been told not to park in the lot (Lies Lies, Lies). This event occurred 7 times thru the end of the year.

The last week in Dec 07, I was moved to another space (side). The blocked in events continued. One morning I left at 7:00 am returned at 7:40 am and someone was in my spot. Sorry, Sorry, so very Sorry was the response I recvd.

The second week of Feb 08 I was moved to a front space by the new office manager(#3) Justina. Oh Happy Day!! or so I thought!. The day and nightmare began! I would come home from work (approx 5:00-5:15 pm) and another car would be in my spot. Kept receiving the same response from management (on one occasion the Mgr Justina was in my spot!). I did receive a 2 day parking fee deduction (cute But considering these incidents occurred 12 days in Feb that was not enough of a compensation).

Now we are into March 08 and guess what! same problem. No compensation; just Sorry, Sorry, Sorry! I was even asked if I wanted to rent out my space in the daytime. NO! I told them at this point Justina was still there along with a new person Ed (who I later found out is the regional mgr)

Now we are into April. No manager, Justina is gone! New office rental agent is Tia!. Tia informs me she does not know what is going on. Justina left and no documents are to be found. Told me to move to a open space in the back of the parking lot "that space is unassigned". ?? well for the past week for 5 days straight I have not been able to park in my new assigned space. On the low I was told by another person that overheard the conversation my space was "given away" to a new tenant.

On two occasions this week (Tue 4/15/08 4:50 pm & Wed 4/16/08 5:08 pm) I requested that Tia call the towing company. She looked me dead in the eye, dialed the tow company and told me they were on their way. I asked her if she would stay in the office until they arrived. She stated no. The office closes as 6 pm but assured me the were on their way. They never showed up! The light colored ecomony car-Tue, & the new high end truck-Thur, was still in "my space the next morning!.

On Thur 4/17/08 I took off work and called the TLC main office. I spoke to Jessica again (prev spoke toher on Wed). Iwas told no one was available. Ed and Greg were in meetings. Jessica rudely stated "I told you yesterday we are working on the problem" !. and hung up. I went to the office and Informed Tia I was filing a complaint with better business. This is fraud. My checks have been cashed!!! I was upset and in tears due to this issue has had a adverse effect on my daily living habits. Tia again assured me my current spot was my current spot. They are in the process of doing a building audit!? Thur evening I was able to park in my newly assigned back spot. I also encounted other tenants that are having the same issue!!!

Well last night (fri 4/18/08) I come home after a relaxing evening and Guess What!!!! The high end truck is parked in my newly assigned space! Note: this vehicle was parked in the spot next to mine on Thur??

I drove around my neighborhood for 45 min (7:50 pm to 8:37 pm) looking for parking. Unable to locate any I parked in the driveway of the parking lot. Guess What!!! NOW we have 2 Igo rental car desinagated parking spaces w/placards. No cars were parked in those spaces but an Igo rental car was parked in another tenants space!

What are my options? I have reciepts for the paid monthly parking. I also have photos of some of the offenders.

Please help I am at my witts end. My sister even ended up stranded due to a missed connection because of this issue.
