Complaint Review: TLEC Services - nashville Tennessee

     Do not rent from TLEC Services.  There property manager, Jaquelin, is a complete b***h.  She will make it hard as h**l for you to move out of your place.  She lied to us about the pet deposit!  Turns out its non-refundable.  She is quick to throw stuff on the lease in your face and threaten you to do stuff, however when you find something on the lease that protects you (and believe me there are VERY few) she is quick to dismiss them and try to put words in your mouth to get her way. 

     She hasn't signed out lease verification stating that she has not revived the least rent checks from us (they are in the mail).... What does that have to do with anything?!
The only thing the lease verification is for is to verify that we have been or were leasing from someone.  It does not matter if we did or did not pay the last months rent!  She is now preventing us from getting a new home!

    She came to our door last night with NO proper notification with two of her clients wanting to show off the place.   For starters I don't want random strangers in my house especially while I'm packing!  Also we don't want anyone in until the lease verification is signed!  So seeming how on the very bias lease it states that we HAVE to let her show off the place after the 30 day notice is given (yeah you have to send her a 30 day notice via USPS CERTIFIED mail if you intend to move out, does not matter if you are moving out early or not!) she is now gonna come back in 24 hours with a cop.  It seems only fair that she must now notify is with a USPS certified letter with her intent to show the unit.  However she will simple email you and expect that she ether got the email correct or that you have seen it in time.  How screwed up is this?!  Thats fine i suppose because I will point out EVERY flaw with this house and the joys of renting a VERY overpriced, shoddy built house from them.  Its not deprivation if you tell the truth.

    Oh and this place is CRAP!  Its little over a year old, yeah 1 (one) year old... Its like living in a fun house.  The floors are sagging, the moldings all shifted around, nothing is square.  We had to get a door latch chiseled down because the molding shifted that much in one spot!  Oh and forget it if you have a maintenance issue.  The meat head she sends (what is apparently her husband) is as dumb as a box or rocks.   This guy took THREE (3) hours to put a door on.... and he managed to set off a smoke detector to boot.

    Those are my main grievances so far, yeah so far, because I haven't been able to move out of this dump yet!  A Few other things worth mentioning.  My neighbors hate Jacquelins gut's to.   They were late 1 day on rent and she started terrorizing them and served them with papers.  According to him she payed them a personal vist with her dope husband and personally threatened them and mocked them.   How professional is that?!   She hired the WORST lawn care crew on the planet (Service By The Yard).  These idiots don't even know how to use a lawn mower and damaged some of my personal property by spraying grass and dirt all over our cars and new grill.  The owner of that company constantly trys to make you, the victim, look like a moron and blame you.  I did manage to get a car wash gift card out of him and a nasty letter with it.

So to sum it up, If you don't want to deal with any of what I wrote, don't rent from this company.  There are FAR better company's or mom and pap places to rent from.
