TLG is a company that obtains information through third parties that share their customer's information; in your case it's Columbia House. If you ever had a subscription with Columbia House, I'm almost certain that they offered you a free trial service through TLG which had to be canceled within a certain amount of time to avoid service charges. If it wasn't canceled, they would begin billing the card that you used to authorize service with Columbia House. The best thing you can do is to file a dispute through your bank (if they provide that service) and try and get it resolved through them. If its more than 90 days worth of transactions, you may not be able to dispute it. However, TLG may provide a copy of whatever agreement they had that allowed them to withdrawal the funds, which may derail any legal case you have. Try giving them a call to seek resolution. 1-877-488-9480
