 I somehow in doing something online apparently signed up for this service. When I first got a bill I called them which was in Dec 2014. They sweet talked me into trying their service however I never received what they say they sent me so they stated they would not charge me for a month and give me time to review it. When the packet finally came in another month later, I was billed again and had to call again. When I did receive the package in February. I advised them I do not want their services it was not something useful to me and to cancel it. Supposedly they had cancelled it. I then noticed another charge on my account and had to call again, to which I was told they would reimburse and make sure it didn't happen again. We are in May and I called again today and was real frustrated to state you people are still charging me. She said well ma'am you signed up for this service. I asked her to read the sign up date and my cancel date. She seemed dumbfounded and said she would reimburse 3 months worth of service as that was when they were supposed to do it initially. This is a very bad company do not get caught up with them. I waste more time on the phone correcting issue's and there services are sooo not worth it.
