After having called my Credit Card Company on Monday June 23, 2008, I followed the procedure they requested. I filled out a Dispute Form and faxed it to them right away. They said that it would take 7 to 10 days to research and decide. So, the next day (Tuesday), I went on line to pay the monthly adue. But the first thing I noticed was that my available credit had increased. I wondered what happened! So I went to (transactions) and found that my Credit Card Company had (CREDITED) my account for the amount of $119.99. WOW! Well, not only was I happy but I was surprised that it was resolved so FAST! Thank God for that! My last bit of advise...if you feel that you've been wrongly charged, get into action right away with both parties. Because at first, I thought someone stole my credit card (number) and charged $119.99. So I reported to my credit card company that my credit card (number) was stolen and please close that account. Then, I found out (through the merchant) that the charge came from a check that I cashed. At that point, I thought if I did do that, then I wasn't ripped off. It was my FAULT! Then, I put all the pieces together and remembered the check in question. Of course I had to trace my actions back 2 months. And when I did, I remembered the circumstance. And that's when I knew my problem was really with my CREDIT CARD COMPANY. So I stated my position...and their wrong doing. MAYBE THAT'S WHY THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT PRONTO!

I wnated to write a report but have no address, just a phone number, that has been changed since it first appeared on my bank statement. TLG Great FN was on my bank statement with a phone number so I called. Their new number is listed as 804-418-8720 and the company name has also changed to ING Life Designs. I don't know how they got my number but I do know I never authorized it.
