Tmobile National Return Center Tmobile Bad Repair Policy and Service loosing Phones Lagrange California
I had called the tmobile 1800 number because my phone broke and the gave me and address to send it off to an address for repair being that i have prepaid they told me i had 1 year warranty. so i sent it off to this national return center on 210 wiley rd in lagrange, ga. and about 3 weeks later i never recieved my phone back fixed so i called the 1800 number and the told me they never even recieved my package and that they couldnt even find it in their computers being so before i had sent it off tmobile was supose to give me and identification number so i could identify it there. they never gave to me so the couldnt find my phone for it to be fixed that was around april not it is may a month later still havent heard anything i called ups the company i sent it through they told me it had made it there and that even someone signed off for it a Mr or Mrs.Burks whatever anyways ive been long with out my sidekick and know phone ive also called tmobile a numerous of times and have got many different answers not even answers or solving my problem
now they are claiming niether ups or tomobile have it
they need to do something or fast to many complaints i so mad i want to sue i am very dissapointed with there service nio
