TMOBILE is a HORRIBLE company to do business with!!! I have had more probems than you can even imagine!! UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS.. AND SO FAR..... HORRIBLE!!!! butttt... you ALWAYS have a "contract" soooo......

I NEVER get service!! Tmobile has "reset" my service as well as multiple family members' service multiple times!! Nothing has ever changed. I have been stranded "downtown" and at concerts and different places MANY MANY MANY times and with "NO service" only bc TMOBILE will not connect. 

They have offered to give me a new SIM card... (at least 3 times now) and "reset" my service... AT LEAST 5 TIMES NOW.... and I've gone in multiple times.. guess what!!!!!!!nothing has been better.... and they STILL WONT DO ANYTHING NEW!!

sooooo EFF U TMOBILE.... U HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN GENERAL!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.. YOU WILL REGRET IT.. I PROMISE.
