T-Mobile is the worst company I have ever delt with. They are a bunch of frauds, crooks and liars. They never paid off our ETF with sprint, we have the "Non-Contract" paperwork from when we signed up, outlining our monthly amount. Ive had to call EVERY month since March 2015 to disbute charges and figure out why my bill is so much higher than on the paperwork. Today, I called and was on the phone for 2 hours, disconnected 3 times and switched to 5 different people. ALL 5 poeple had different monthly amounts, No record of previous calls, found out we are being charged for a phone and phone line we DO NOT have, our plan is unlimited talk text and data, yet being Charged for more Data (makes no sense) Charged for 2 phones that we brought with us, and did NOT buy new ones, insurance on one phone that we never had, since Feb 2015 when we signed up with tmobile we have paid over $3325.00, only to be told we OWE $795.00 in back fees (how is this possible when our monthly should be around $200.00? No one has an answer! I have my papers, and what ive paid every month. Some months over $500.00.

As far as the ETF fees promised to be paid to sprint if we switched (and we kept our number so no balance with sprint or they would not have released the numbers) Tmobile cant figure out why it wasnt paid, told us to call sprint, sprint actually called tmobile, and got the same answer we did. Then I was told to go to the store we signed up with and have them figure out why it wasnt done. 

The website for tmobile is never updated, so now I have a unpaid balance from last month, which is the exact amount I PAID last month, *funny how that works* to which they turned off my phone (although had 0 balance when I paid the last bill* When I called, they said "OH, we see that mistake, it was on our part, so...to turn your phone back on its 100.00 added to your bill" WAIT...YOUR mistake and its costing me $100.00?????????????

We have unlimited data, but was told we signed up for more data...I havent been back to tmobile store since we signed up with them, why would I add more data to an unlimited plan? Matter of fact, how do you add more to unlimited...no answer!

Fraud investigation over the phone and line we dont have, have to call back in 10 days to see how that is turning out. 

We currently have 5 lines, brought 2 phones with us, and went with 3 new phones. Turns out we are paying for 6 phones, 6 lines, all with insurance that we did declined. 

AND no one at tmobile has a clue whats going on.

We just get, Oh sorry for the invonvience and no changes.

I tell EVERYONE to RUN from tmobile!
