I wanted to update my complaint regarding The TOBI USA. I FINALLY got the credits for Tobi's screw up....even for the cost for return shipping for the 2nd steamer they sent in error. I see there are several other consumers out there that are having similar problems. Here's what I did.....maybe it will help you...... I filed complaints ONLINE with the Better Business Bureau and with the California Attorney General's office. I also contacted my bank regarding the charges on my credit card. Dont wait too long if this is how you paid...there is a time limit to dispute the charges. Amazingly enough I got a response within days of submitting my complaints. It took a few emails with this person to get the money that I deserved.....But I did it. HOPE THIS HELPS
