Todd Bates Todd Bates - Underground Coaching Club Promises 1 on 1 Coaching - delivers Nothing! Denver, Colorado
In March of 2009, a lender with Bank of America invited me to attend a seminar for a Real Estate Coach. My partner and I sat for over an hour listening to Todd Bates promise the world. He spoke about how he was a successful real estate coach that had trained several top agents to increase their business. He was offering 1 on 1 coaching for a year at $895.00. My partner and I thought a coach would be exactly what we needed - especially since Todd Bates promised a money back guarantee. We could at least try it...right?
Well, we soon discovered that we were not receiving 1 on 1 coaching. Todd added our names to an email distribution list to download pre-recorded audio coaching tips and listing presentations/marketing. We never received any 1 on 1 coaching or personal attention. He would only respond to us if we asked a question. How is that coaching? After a few months we realized this wasn't what we signed up for. Both of us asked for a refund. He would not refund our money.
Whatever you do...don't sign up for coaching with this guy. He is a fraud. He does nothing to grow your business. You just become one of many that he adds to an email distribution list and then he forgets about you. He offers a money back guarantee and then does not deliver.
