Mr. Gatseos is currently being investigated by the State of Colorado for unemployment fraud and food stamps fraud. Mr. Gatseos set up the above listed business to steal more than $50,000 in contracts and equipment from Deck Pros, Inc. and has requested that Deck Pros customers make payments to him rather than to Deck Pros. If you have been defrauded by Mr. Gatseos, it is recommended that you contact your local law enforcement personnel.

Todd Gatseos in association with Linda Allison, Lee Perkins, and Julie Finley of Perkins Construction began to steal contracts and divert money from Deck Pros.It is highly recommended that you do not conduct business with Todd Gatseos, Linda Allison, Lee Perkins, Ken Perkins, Perkins Construction (storm chaser scam artists), and Julie Finley of Perkins Construction. These people are thieves and cannot be trusted.
It should also be noted that Linda Allison was reported in 2002 to Gilpin County Human Services and Sheriff in Colorado for sexual molestation of children. You can contact Gilpin County Human Services for a copy of the report. Linda Allison also has a history of violence toward children and has caused visible injuries to young girls and during the investigation it was discovered that she has pictures of young girls (not her own children) on her computer taking bubble baths in her bathtub located in her bedroom. It is recommended that you keep your children away from her and it should be known that she possesses several guns.

These allegations made by Tre Allison about Perkins Construction are false and unfounded. Mr Allison is a scam and con artist currently under investigation by the Lakewood and Arvada Police Department for theft and fraud.
After being informed of the current police investigation, Perkins Construction paid the sub contractors directly and terminated business with Tre Allison.
It seems as if Mr Allison has made a habit of collecting money for homeowners then not completing the work nor paying his sub contractors. To avoid this dilemma Perkins paid the sub contractors directly.
Perkins Construction prides itself on their quality of work and customer satisfaction. We are a gold member of the Better Business Bureau. We have hundreds of references upon request.
Mr Tre Allison is a dishonest and disreputable con man. Beware other contractors and homeowners regarding doing business with him. If there are any questions to Mr Allisons character please read the numerous rip off reports written about his past and present scams on this site.

lies about your own Mother! Don't you remember the commandment that
says "Honor thy mother and father"? It did not say "threaten them and
if they do not comply with your wishes then try to destroy them". You

Please provide proof of the missing contracts, equipment, cash, or any wrongdoing.
For the record, the owner of Deck Pros, Inc. is: Terry "Tre" Allison and he is currently wanted for failing to pay child support in Fort Collins to his ex-wife Kristi. He can be found at 1835 W. Union Ave. #7C. Englewood, Co. 80110. This is an industrial office complex, but since Terry has no home he is sleeping there on the floor.
He is driving without a license, has expired plates, and no insurance. He is driving a white (it was black until he started dodging the cops) spray-painted Chevy Blazer that has some homespun body work to flair out the sides. You might see him driving around Sante Fe and Union, in Englewood, Co.
On October 30th, 2009 Terry Allison committed credit card fraud and attempted steal $1200 from an Excellent Home Solutions customer. Unlike Terry Allison, I can provide proof of this.
Terry Allison is desperate and should be approached with extreme caution.
