My son was looking for a specific pair of Nike Air Jordans, that he could not find in stores or on Nike.com.  He googled the description of the shoes and found them on the toetoeshoes.com website.  We placed the order, not thinking that the price of $89.99 was off, because he had seen a pair in a store at $119, they just didn't have his size.  Once the shoes arrived, they were not quality Nike shoes, and had to be Counterfiet, so we immediately contacted the company that stated they stood behind their policy of quality and we could return the shoes (at our expense). So after spending $89.99 we also paid postage of $24.35 to return the shoes.  Once the company confirmed receipt of the shoes, they stated they would issue a refund.  They have stated that the refund was processed on September 21, 2011 and that it would take 2-3 weeks to show in our account.  The day after the 3rd week, I inquired about the status, and was told "it could take 3-4 weeks".  As of today, October 26, 2011, it has been over 5 weeks and we still have not received a refund.  Our inquires are only responded to with--"allow more time".  I requested that someone take the time to review the "processed refund", but have not had anyone confirm that it was properly processed.

I know they have no intention to refund the money, but I don't want anyone else to have a dissappointed son, that not only doesn't have the shoes he was hoping for, but now doesn't have the money to be able to get another pair!!  Toe-toe shoes is a total rip-off, don't even take the chance to see if you could get any shoes worth the "low" price!!

So you ordered shoes over the internet that were fake and you expect to get a refund? Yeah, that'll happen. 'Guess going to the outlet mall on 85 didn't dawn on you?
