Tom Butler's Short Sale Magic, Vision Investing Group Misleading Money Back Guarantee, Program Does Not Work as Advertised in My State American Fork Utah
I am a very determined and well-educated individual and I have been ripped-off by Tom Butler and Short Sale Magic.
The financial and emotional stress that it has put me through is significant.
It was the Money Back Guarantee that convinced me to spend $13,500 to enroll in the Short Sale Magic "educational academy". In the event that I couldn't make money with the program, I was sure that I could meet all the conditions of the money back guarantee with the exception of one... It states that you must generate 24 short sale offers to banks within given time frame.
I was told by the talented (and misleading) salesman that this would not be a problem if you follow the program.
As it turns out The Short Sale Magic system cannot be utilized correctly in the state where I reside. One of the most important steps in creating short sale opportunities, and thus meeting the money back criteria of 24 short sale offers is severlely limited by the state law of the state I'm working in. I worked diligently on alternative methods to find leads for which I could make short sale offers without success.
The product that was sold to me was misrepresented by the sales team and literature of Short Sale Magic. I wrote to the administration asking for a full or even partial refund. They declined both requests and referred any more questions I had to the coach that was assigned to me. Shortly thereafter my coach become unavailable and does not respond to my questions. This after he verbally promised that he would continue to work with me after the training program expired since it did not provide me with any financial success.
I will continue to write and do all that is necessary to either receive some refund or educate the public about this false advertising. Please contact me if you have similar concerns. Vision Investing, please contact me to resolve as this my number one priority.
