Tom Henwood Con Man, Fraud Calgary Alberta
Tom Henwood is a con man who has prayed on the citizens of Calgary for years. He is convicted of Fraud in an amount over $5,000. Local law enforcement refused to prosecute him and it took over 4 years to finally get a conviction, however the Crown Prosecutor cut a deal requiring no jail time and no requirement to pay his victims a dime.
Henwood has filed bankruptcy twice and has yet to pay his post-bankruptcy debts he incurred fraudulently. He gives his fraudulently gained funds to his wife Stamatina Henwood, but because she is not an active partner in his crimes they are able to keep they stolen funds without paying back a dime.
Stay away from these Con Artists if you ever encounter them! Henwood poses as a legitamate business owner seeking loans. He used my funds to pay off a previous victim. DON"T GIVE HIM A DIME!!!!!
The police, the RCMP, and the Crown Prosecutor have no interest in protecting its citizens. You must protect yourself!
