Well John got me too. The entire world will breathe a sigh of relief when this piece of s*** can no longer turn a wrench. You hide behind lies, policies and fine print. You're subhuman, Narcissistic sociopath.

I my self have ran into this same problem with this company the owner JR will not take responsibility for his mistakes he says he has sum magical books that tell him everything yet he wont tell you the maker or edition of he manuals he goes off of the transmission that he sent me was not even an option for the vehicle that I placed the order for this company is crooked as can be they give all good mechanics a bad name the reason he only accepts one form of payment is so that the customer can't dispute the charge and fight back once he has you cash he don't care no more just do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bunch of crooks

Warranty states the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. That is why the customers transmission is still at my transmission center. Customer was told to issue a pickup for his transmission and it would be sent back to him. Instead he refuses to accept the terms of the warrant and his transmission is taking up valuble space in my shop. We can start charging storage fees for any transmissions or parts left at our center after two weeks. Our warranty states: Upon placement of order customer accepts all terms and conditions of this warranty. Maybe he should abide by them.
