I placed an order with Tonguestud.com on January 7th, 2010. I gave it about two weeks before I became concerned about its status. I emailed them and asked what was going on.
About a week after my first email to them, I received an automated response saying that it will get to me as soon as possible. Well I decided to register on their forum, and came across a few posts about people telling their story about how they got ripped off by this place.
The email I recieved from Tonguestud was sent to those people also. So after reading everyone else's problems, I wrote to Tonguestud and said I wanted to cancel my order and have my money refunded. I sent that about three weeks ago and still have not gotten a response.
There is no phone number for this place, and from my experience and from other people's, you can email them as much as you want, and they do not write back. I should also note that a few days ago I read a new post of someone's saying they have not received their order, I checked again a few minutes ago and the whole topic has been deleted.
I believe someone at this company is receiving our complaints and is refusing to do anything about it. Something is wrong here. They should have customer service that do their job, and shipping should not take as long as it has for me and others.
I either want a response from them telling me where my order is and when I'll get it or I want my money back.
