Toni Andrew Copperthwaite I bought a laptop (worth £600) by paying him directly by bank transfer instead of via amazon to avoid time delays. He committed a FRAUD by not delivering the laptop and running away with my money. Kilbirnie, North Ayrshire North Ayrshire
So I have learnt my lesson and paid by direct online banking money transfer to this guy who promised to send the laptop to my address by post. I have all his details (name, number, post code and bank details) and written confirmation for refund incase something goes wrong.
However, its been 2 weeks now and this guy has stopped responding to my messages,calls or emails. The tracking numbers he gave me of the parcel company were fraudulent as the company couldn't collect the items off him. Can someone please get hold of this fraudulent guy and get some justice for cheating me.
He is present on twitter, facebook, google+, youtube as well. I have the links to his respective home pages. Please help me catch this fraudulent guy, even if that means I lose the money.

Wrong, I called the parcel company so many times and I was told that the parcel has not been collected at all from you. I have the tracking numbers (he gave me two tracking numbers of which second was the correct one apprarently) and myhermes (courier company's) contact number for anyone to validate. You stopped answering my texts and your phone stopped working after 2 days of me transffering the money which is so convenient and co-incidental. It was your responsbility to get me the parcel and you ran away after taking my money. You have been reported to the police for FRAUD and I have even reported you to the glasgow's star turn. Why would I lie and take such efforts if I had my laptop in the first place. I paid you the full amount by bank transfer and you gave me 2 tracking numbers, blamed the parcel company for their mistake and then just dissapeared after few days. I have moved on and learnt from this incident but will make sure you get the punishment soon. The only way for you to save this disgrace and for me to remove this report is sending me my full money back and issuing an apology publically. Else I will keep going and even get your bank account reported by this weekend. Call me back if you have guts because I can't reach you anwyays. You cheated with the wrong guy.

i sent you the parcel off i provided you with the tracking information i constantly kept in touch with you and was helpful how dare u say i ripped you off as far as im concerned from what the courier said you received the item so dont try and scam me by saying i ripped u off as i didnt
