Tonya at carhop 1800 national city blvd Everyone there ripped me off.they promise to fix the car if it is directly responsibly for running the car..it is and nothing they don't answer the phone.emails nothing...very ride when you do speak with someone...now my car can't be slogged due to every Lied..never answer phone.they have caller id and if its you they dont answer..or fix s***. My car has been not working right since I got it.it overheats.won't fix..it won't pass smog..no fix..they fix nothing but sure sick out the.payment the second they can..no warranty..when you drive away from the dealer so does your warranty ..I have had to pay so much on my car since driving it away I don't know how it even made it home....I'm a disabled military man and not one person cares about anything but money.....my car is not able to be smogged...the payment won't be either soon.....
