This is a cash gifting program that promises new members they will receive lots of cash and get rich in a short time.
The owner "Q" had a promotion called Ad Synergy where members pay $2,000 for advertising to a high end list and they are supposed to make tens of thousand in cash. But those who paid did not get any signups and lost their $2000. Q claimed when he did it he received over $100K cash.
He had a promotion called Power Of One where he guaranteed those who join that he will give them 2 guaranteed enrollments, and even had people sign contracts. This was in April 2011, it is now November 2011 and still no guaranteed enrollments. People sent in $6,200 and were never able to get their money back.
When members try to call or email him, he does not respond. But for people wanting to join he responds asap to get their money. He does not take responsibility for lying to people, he always blames the members. Try to contact him and ask him about these issues. Surely he will dodge the questions and always put blame on the members who lost their money.
