Top Producer Top Producer Systems is a SCAM!!!!! Hidden contract term limits! Richmond British Columbia
I was sold into signing up for Top Producer by one of their sales reps. that visited my real estate office. The product sounded amazing but I was not aware of the content of the product. I have not been using it because their web hosting has so much duplicated content on the server that it would take 10 years to actually even get my site recognized be Google or any other search engine. The database software that was provided is set up to help an outside party sell books and other marketing materials to you. It has a feature that will auto email your client to help capture the lead except the auto email talks about asking me for a book to give the potential client. By the way, the books aren't included in the program. OF COURSE NOT! Now here comes the kicker.
I went to cancel my subscription with them and was told that I was locked into a 1 year contract and that I was only eligible to cancel after the year was up. I was never told this during the sales presentation but they got me anyway with the hidden fine print in their contracts. I don't know why I even signed up to begin with because the company is located in Canada. If I would have known this prior I would have never signed up. Buy American! That's my new moto. My fellow Republicans are going to be pissed when they hear about this.
