TOP TEN IMPORTS iHEATER DOES NOT HEAT 1500SQ FT AND WILL NOT REFUND MONEY INDIANAPOLIS Indiana
We ordered this iHEATER on line ($379.00) and it said it that it would heat multiple rooms and reduce heating cost by 50%. It did not even heat living room. Hot air was barely blowing out. It seems to be an imitation of the American made model.
We bought this so that my 85 year old Mother could stay warm. Well it did not work. I called the company and wanted a refund. They explained that I could send it back and get a new one. I told them I did not want a new one that I wanted a refund. By the way there was absolutely no reference in their ad or in any of paperwork I received about ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUNDS. Well after they told me no refunds, I emailed BBB in Indy. No help. Got response back showing company policy. Why did they not put this in their ad or at least on paperwork when shipping? Then to add insult to injury they put an ad in the local paper giving an extra $100 off making it $279. I explained to BBB that I was willing to pay shipping back and a restocking fee. No such luck. Have heard no more from BBB or this company.
