I worked for this company and we were trained to scam. They tried to brain wash me but I wasn't giving in. They trained us on some demo that is total BS. The owner himself told me that they set the guarantee parameters where they will always fulfill their promise all the time, given they don't even place the site on the first page.
We were trained to keep pressing the payment until the person hangs up. Now if you have paid them with a credit card or AMEX, then you can still cancel your payment and they have to honor it, even after weeks after the transaction. Their merchant account is almost revoked from the charge backs.
Just hang up on them if they call and threatened legal recourse if they do not stop calling.
