My husband and I purchased a Toshiba computer in April 2005. We had to return the computer to the original store because it stopped working within the first thirty days. After having it back for a few weeks we had the same problem again.

We took it three times to local authorized Toshiba repair centers (two different centers) and for the fifth repair we sent it (as requested)to their engineers in Kentucky. It still doesn't work. If you look on their web site you will see Toshiba describing their outstanding customer service. What a joke!

When we call and tell them we have been without a computer for over three months while it has been back for repairs, we get people in Europe who say too bad they don't have a replacement policy just a repair policy and they can do anything about it.

Once again we have to send it in for repair. This will be the SIX times! My advice is to never, never buy Toshiba!!!!!
