Total Protect I personally had the worst experience at Total Protect with their rude staff members this morning. I was yelled at and spoken to in an unprofessional manner by one of their representatives located in their exsisting claims department of which I had filed a claim. She went off and me and I let her know that I am a client and you aren't not allowed to speak to me in an unprofessional manner. She continued and I asked to speak with her supervisor she refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor, so I cut off the call. I called the Customer Services Department and was able to speak with the customer service manager, Pam Bagley. After speaking with Pam, I felt that this is not the place that I want to continue doing business with so I cancelled my policy. I saw that this is not a company that provides excellent customer service to their new client. I signed up with them on June 30th, 2016 and it's July 18th, 2016 that should tell you something. They are the worst of the worst and they will send the service techs to your home that aren't worthy of having their license. I am filing a claim againt them as well.
