ANYONE WHO CONDUCTS BUSINESS WITH "TQL" be aware; YOU VOID YOUR RIGHTS TO COLLECT FROM A SHIPPER OR A RECEIVER EVEN IF YOUR TRUCKING COMPANY NEVER DID A LOAD FOR THE COMPANYOR ON A DIRECT DISPATCH! THE "TQL" BCA IS ONE SIDED AND IF YOU SIGN IT, YOU ARE TOAST!

The company is the big gorilla BROKER and on a doulbe brokered load you better not contact their shipper, customer, reciever or a thrid party bill to and or anyone who is liable to pay you where you forfeited your right to do so by signing their broker carrier agreement.

IS THE GORILLA BROKER, THE NICKLE AND DIME SHORT PAY COMPANY AND GOD HELP YOU IF THEIR CUSOTMER ALLEGES A FREIGHT CLAIM BECAUSE YOU AGREED THAT "TQL" CAN HOLD ANY MONEY THEY MAY OWE YOU, EVEN IF THE CLAIM IS NOT VALID OR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM. WHEN YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH TQL YOU ARE DOING IT AT YOUR OWN PERIL IF YOU EXECUTED THEIR ONE WAY "BROKER CARRIER AGREMEENT" IF YOU DID NOT READ IT!
