Total Skin Care Operalux Filled out a survey after ordering from Amazon, now can't get them to stop billing me! Pasadena California
I took a survey after making purchases at Amazon. I was to receive a free trial size for a 1 time shipment. I have since been billed four times at $84.99.
I have tried calling and emailing and have not received any responses. When you call, the mail boxes of the people are full, so you can't leave a message. When I send an email, I don't receive any information back from them. There is no way to cancel these shipments, but they keep charging me for product I don't want, nor did I request.
