Total Skin Derma Folia Free trial is a scam San Ysidro, CA Internet
I ordered the free trial of dermafolia face cream and eye gel. I ordered on 4/28/17. I called on 5/5/17 to cancel the order so they would not ship or bill me for more product. On 5/5/17 they told me I could not cancel until my 14 day trial was over and the earlist I could cancel was 5/13/17, which happened to be a saturday.
So I called on 5/16/17 and cancelled both subscriptions but when I got my credit card bill I was charged 89.47 and 94.57 for the two products. So I called them bacck on 5/30/17 and they said I was charged for the full price due to I didn't cancel in time. But I said I called the first time and they said it was too early. They said there was nothing that they could do, that I should contact my bank. So I am filling a dispute dwith the credit card company.
