Touchstone Research Group Martin Bayerle Ordered Expedited Services for Military Record DD-214 - Was Scammed! New York, New York
I ordered my DD-214 several weeks ago, and paid for the expedited services that they promised I would have in just a few days. I have emailed them several times to see what the hold up is? I have not heard one thing more from them, just says the order is still pending on the website! After reading the Rip-Off Reports it occurred to me that I have just been Scammed, just like so many others. I haven't called them yet, haven't been able to find a phone number except for the fax# to call.
So I will be reporting this to the BBB, as well as any other agency that I can to help STOP this SCAM! Hopefully, I can help prevent other people from being victimized by this unscruplious so-called Company? Also, something I found peculiar when writing to the billing email...is a person under the name of Martin Bayerle that shows his photo, but no information on the Company under this billing email address? So, I guess the only thing else I know to do is contact my bank and make them aware of this SCAM and hopefully do a reversal?! If anyone else has heard from them, or knows anything more I can do...please let me know! Thanks!
