On April 18th 2009 I made reservations through Angelita at TourCozumel.net for 4 to Mr Sanchos Beach Club in Cozumel Mexico. We were to arrive on May 6 2009 when our cruiseship, the Carnival Holiday, was scheduled to dock.

Unfortunately, during the the swine flu outbreak, all cruises were rerouted to other ports. At the beginning of the outbreak I was not sure if my ship would be one of the ships being rerouted, but I contacted Angelita immediately to let her know fo the situation. That was on April 28th and she assured me that they had a "no port no pay" policy and that if we didn't dock in Cozumel then I would be refunded.

Later that same day, on April 28th, I got confirmation from Carnival Cruise Lines that our ship would NOT be docking at the ports originally scheduled for Mexico. I again immediatly contacted Angelita at TourCozumel to advise her and she said that Carrie (who is another representative for the company) was transferring refunds back to customers paypal accounts and that I should receive my refund 10-14 days after we were to originally have called upon Cozumel.

It is now June 5th 2009 and I have no refund. I have contacted the company on 3 different occasions via email, once on May 22nd, another on May 31 and a third on June 1. I have not received any response whatsoever to the company. I've even emailed TourCozumel directly through their website at tourcozumel.net instead of emailing Angelita and they have not replied to me either.
