Tour R Us(Salmon LLC) Debbie Pryor-Reservation Manager Advertised Hawaii, confirmed by Represenative, Never Available, Requested money back Mexico Nationwide
I purchased the package in March from a faxed advertiment from Tours R Us. Contacted the toll free number to ask questions regarding Hawaii, which is one of the advertised locations. Paid the requires amount via master card. Contacted the travel agency to book Hawaii to Debbie Pryor the reservation manager assigned to me and was informed that Hawaii wasnt available at that time; told to contact at a latter date. Contacted Debbie via phone and email inquiring about Hawaii, given the run around. Requested to have my money returned, didnt get a respone to a return but an email stating something different. Debbie sent me an email with locations after I paid the amount and Hawaii was not listed. As of today no refund.
