Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My employer prohibits solicitation. Tours R Us designed a memo addressing the employees from HR with a discount package that was faxed internally. How they were able to breach this phone line security I am not sure but they did. I called on the package out of curiosity. I have shopped for time shares through packages such as this and had all good experiences in the past. I phoned from my car. I was aware of the recording so I took the time to confirm information, ask questions and was also given a verbal 24 hour cancellation window by the representative. Recorded. When I looked at the emailed information full of hidden fees, the questionable docusign format of an ancient styled credit card receipt ,and bogus voucher I had no intentions of signing! You could not proceed in the information without signing. I printed these documents. I then found a fraud alert forwarded to my email by my credit card company and responded to not charge my card.

Within the 24 hours I called 855-883-1865 to speak with Tours R Us representative Sam Hill at extention 292. I was told there was no one there by that name and was hung up on. I called back and was routed to a bogus complaint department and put on hold for over 20 minutes. Called again and was sent to Sam Hill's ext 292 and put on hold for another 20 minutes.

Immediately I called my cedit card dispute representative, Karen, and she dialed the number and we conference called with Sam Hill who directed us to Debbie the customer service manager ext 325. Debbie, Karen, and I reviewed the recording and they clearly cut me off as the verbal cancellation was given during the transaction. Karen questioned why we were not hearing the entire recording. Debbie assured us the offer was legitamate and directed us to speak with Jesse Lopez at ext 318 to set up my dream vacation and "yes" this would include a 90 minute "free tour" of my destination resort. Again, selling of a time share property. If legitamate, like my past experiences through other agencies, they should have been protecting the customer as a time share prospect. Not the case. They fraudulently advocate a package that leaves the consumer with no options from fraudulent sale propaganda.

Because I never signed the docusign agreement, my email generated a scheduled "Reminder: Thank you for booking Tours R Us" notice every Monday by 9am. The last notice I have on file was viewed January 15, 2015. Four days after I proceeded with my card dispute. Now this fraudulent company produces a forged docusigned agreement that does not match my printed document. Really? Criminal and felonious!

Prior to the dispute filed on 1/15/15, I attempted to notify Jesse Lopez at ext 318 multiple times. I was put on lengthy holds, hung up on, "she is out to lunch (at 3pm?), left messages, and also told by the secretary " I just answer the phone, I don't know anything. I don't know the internet site, I just answer the phone. She is out to lunch."

My last attempt to call Tours R Us to set up my trip was on 1/15/15. The same day I processed a dispute through my credit card. Jesse Lopez then found the time to leave me a brief distorted message eleven days later. If this is truly a legitimate time share agency representation would you not want to make contact with a potential buyer sooner than eleven days? I notified my credit card at this time.

I now am dealing with this fraudulent operation recieving a reissue through my card for a forged docusign agreement that never existed! A pat on the back for a crime committed! Really? They have been paid but I am not recieving the "Reminder" email? This company is criminal and I addressed their activity with the Sandals Resort that they utilize on their vague ToursRUs.net site. Along with many other reputable resorts. Sandals Luxury Resorts representative Damian at ext4115  888-726-3257 initiated a management response on 3/16/15.
