I booked my vacation to Dominican Republic through this company. I recieved an ad via fax for a 199 all inclusive trip to 1 of 6 locations like jamaica, bahamas, cancun, and Puerto Rico. When I called to book hotel I spoke to jessie lopez. She hardly was ever there and I couldn't book through anyone else. When I booked my hotel I had to pay another 345 plus 99 for taxes. My 60% voucher ended up being a link to a discount flight website. I have requested my money back because Not only did they draft the money for my vacation out my account they drafted enough for 4 people to go which wasn't what I had authorized. They have only refunded one fee. They still owe me 199 and two 345 charges plus the international bank fees they took out for each charge please help.
